Getting a summer internship wasn't easy. My creative partner Shauna and I were brainstorming on a bus after school and came up with Canada's Ballsiest Interns. Our campaign had us jumping into a lake on the coldest day of winter, building tents in the middle of intersections, buying $100 of bouncy balls from Walmart and getting a priest to say f*ck off. It worked.
We launched our campaign by creating an intro promo video, sent to the agencies of our choice. The deal was that if they gave us a Ballsy Challenge and we did it, they had to give us an interview:
Israel Diaz of Y&R Toronto challenged us to assemble and then disassemble a Coleman Insta-tent in the middle of a busy intersection, while the 'walk' sign was on.

Rob Schlyecher of Spring Vancouver challenged us to get at least 3 of the following 5 people to say "f*ck off" on camera: a nun, a priest, a police officer, a drive-thru attendant, or a child. We got 3, and a few extras for bonus points:
Helen Pak and Brian Sheppard of Saatchi & Saatchi Canada didn’t give us a Ballsy Challenge with our interview. To make sure they knew we weren't kidding, we bought $100 worth of balls from Wal-Mart and filled the lobby with them, along with some signs that read "Saatchi & Saatchi is starting to look a lot more ballsy". Here we are breaking into the agency at 7am:
