The ACCE Young Bloods is an award given to the highest scoring creatives with under 5 years of experience in the industry. When my writer and I won, we were asked to submit a team portrait. We decided to take the theme literally and recreate the iconic prom scene from the 1976 cult classic ‘Carrie’. Not only did we win the title of Young Bloods 2015 and get a spread in the magazine, but the folks at Applied Arts liked our team portrait so much that they made it the cover.
